The President Goes Physical Fitness

With daily exercise workout, the first couple Barack and Michelle Obama proves to be good example to the citizenry. They exercise in a way that will put other people to shame. Michelle exercises with a friend at 4:30 am while the president starts his day in the gym.

The first lady felt proud in proclaiming that exercising is one of the major habits of her life. Their exercising is said to improve more the moment they stepped inside the White House that houses lots of spaces to move around.


Physical fitness became a tradition in the life of this family. The man of the house is an avid mountain biker. To note, former President H.W. Bush likes to golf and jog around while former President Bill Clinton is known to jog each morning.

Barrack Obama was proud to say that working out has been part of his life before his day starts. He said that he likes to spend 90 minutes each day for exercising. Interestingly, this man never skipped this habit despite the busy day ahead. He always made it a priority to start his day with a good workout. He is usually accompanied by Secret Service agents and curious reporters.

No doubt President Obama is in great shape! This only proves how important exercising is to our life. If a busy man like the president finds it feasible to squeeze 90 minutes of exercising to his busy schedule then we should all try to do the same. So make it a habit to move around no matter who you are!
